While the PVC badges are lightweight and unlikely to be destroyed with regular wear, please remember the backs of the badges (the reels) are fragile and can break if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces.
To clean, we recommend wiping with a damp cloth or alcohol-based product. Prolonged contact with water or long exposure to heat or sunlight should be avoided as these actions may cause your item to weaken and lead to a defect and breakage.

    Can I Return A Shipped Item

    Absolutely!

    With the exceptions of Scrubs Caps and Compression Socks, our items carry at least a 30-day return policy. However, it if is not the fault of Reflections by Zana or a defect, the cost of return shipping falls on you, our customer.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Certainly!

    We offer a 6-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel all orders. If it has not yet been shipped, we will honor that cancellation as well.

    Do You Refunds/Returns/Exchanges?

    Of course!

    Item must be within the refund/return period AND must be in the same condition as it was when it was purchased and shipped.

    My Package Was Shipped To The Wrong Address. What Now?

    The only address we ship to is the address submitted.

    If you placed an order with the incorrect address and:

    It has not shipped--we will be more than happy to correct the address and make a note of it on your order. We will also take a picture of both addresses and the confirmation made by you.

    It has shipped--you'll have to contact the carrier (USPS) to make arrangements. Once the package has been accepted by the postal service, we (the shipper) cannot have the package redirected. Only you (the shippee) can request any changes to address or location.

    If the package is returned to us, a reshipment fee of $5.49 will be incurred by you (the shippee) to resend the package. No exceptions.
