With the exceptions of Scrubs Caps and Compression Socks, our items carry at least a 30-day return policy. However, it if is not the fault of Reflections by Zana or a defect, the cost of return shipping falls on you, our customer.

It has not shipped--we will be more than happy to correct the address and make a note of it on your order. We will also take a picture of both addresses and the confirmation made by you.
It has shipped--you'll have to contact the carrier (USPS) to make arrangements. Once the package has been accepted by the postal service, we (the shipper) cannot have the package redirected. Only you (the shippee) can request any changes to address or location.
If the package is returned to us, a reshipment fee of $5.49 will be incurred by you (the shippee) to resend the package. No exceptions.

The bag is absolutely beautiful!! I got it for my wife for her 25th "Deltaversary" and she loves it. The bag came earlier than expected and did not disappoint, I would highly recommend this seller and will definitely use them again.
